Low Carb MousseIngredients:
- ½ Cup Ricotta or Cottage Cheese
- Artificial Sweetener to Taste
- Cinnamon to Taste
- Nutmeg to Taste
- Ginger to Taste
- Put ricotta or cottage cheese in a blender with some artificial sweetener to taste and your favorite combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Blend until smooth and chill before serving.
