Easy Low Carb Desserts


Paleo Chili

  1. Put on a large pot over medium heat
  2. Dice bacon slices and put bacon inside the pot
  3. Chop and dice onions and peppers
  4. Add the onion and peppers and sauté until tender
  5. Add the garlic and cook until tender
  6. Add the ground beef and cook until browned
  7. Dice the tomatoes
  8. Add the spices, broth and tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes.
  9. Add the cocoa powder and cider vinegar. Simmer for 20-30 more minutes.
  10. Stir in the cornstarch. Simmer for another 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  11. Serve with cheese, sour cream and/or green onions.
