Peanut Butter Mousse

  1. Add 1/2 cup of heavy cream and 1.5 teaspoons of sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix to bowl
  2. Beat mixture until stiff peaks form
  3. In another bowl, add 4 ounces of cream cheese, 1/4 cup of peanut butter
  4. Microwave this second bowl for 20 seconds
  5. Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla and 1/2 cup of Splenda to the second bowl and beat until fluffy
  6. Fold the whipped cream in batches until combined
  7. Enjoy!
